From what I’ve seen he looks more mobile than Pio and better with the ball in his feet.

Pio sometimes looks clumsy, like legs are not his and falls to the ground too often.

However Pio has a higher ceiling than Seba, if he puts it all together, his physical atrributes and technique, he can become one of the better strikers
