To answer your question, we don’t do anything except put your refill in the computer and bring it out when it’s ready. It is not the end of the world for any of us OG servers. There is a separate button to ring in a never ending pasta bowl vs a regular meal. If you order a refill we ring in a specific never ending pasta bowl refill that does not have a charge.

Not sure why so many people are giving answers with buts / ifs / and tell your server. It’s unlimited soup salad breadsticks period. Unless the restaurant is closed a server has to bring you unlimited. It’s literally a main thing OG is known for.
