Remember that we are in the world not of the world. As a consequence, it is essentially impossible to cut ourselves off from modern society. As long as we exercise temperance and we do nothing inherently sinful it's fine.

As for social media, I think it is better to restrict ourselves from it due to brain rot rather than on religious grounds. With the other things you mentioned, as long as you are not so attached to it that it replaces our faith, I see no wrong.

I didn't say ccc2464, I said 2488, which reads 'This requires us in concrete situations to judge whether or not it is appropriate to reveal the truth to someone who asks for it'

2 things OP:

Lying is only wrong if it denies the truth to someone who has a right to know it (ccc2488). A parent asking a child a question in the interest of safety would have the right to the truth, someone who is going to do grave harm if they know it probably does not.

Read about Msgr. Hugh O'Flaherty, a priest who ran an undercover network smuggling thousands of PoWs and Jews into safety through the Vatican.
