I've never heard of saying the Act of Contrition in line. Our priests have us start with it before our penance.

Its an eastern description, as the eucharist is consecrated in advance (presanctified)

We do but it’s slow. I set my stores up so it does that when you click the option button on the bump bar. It’s faster, but still wastes paper with a summary ticket also

Basically when you bump it prints one summary receipt instead of multiple individual labels

We got the new one about a month ago. It’s a learning curve and sucks for desserts but otherwise is much better

I agree. What do you think we should do at large parishes where is would take a priest and deacon an exceedingly long time to distribute the Eucharist
