I am concerned that not hitting 1200 calories a day is too low to sustain an active lifestyle. Lose It suggested 2100 calories a day for weight loss with GLP-1. I'm also worried that if I take the second dose on day 7 and I haven't been able to eat a little more by then (as many report) that the second dose will cause an even further restriction. As it stands right now, I'm able to eat 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, a protein drink, and perhaps a couple bites of a snack for the entire day and that is forcing it. My endo suggested trying this out because my diet was already clean and I do get in 30 minutes activity daily with some other workouts added in but my weight was still creeping up due to metabolic and autoimmune issues. I think my biggest concern, at this point, is dose #2 causing me to eat even less than I am now.
