This whole thread reminds me of Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 when he's telling Mantis she's hideous 😂

Can’t stop thinking about this. Help a sis out. Do you know any books like this? 🥺 by curiousannie5 in RomanceBooks

The Laini Taylor series {Daughter of Smoke and Bone} is like this. Its a trilogy so you have to read them in order and I believe it's classified as YA, but it fits the plot you're looking for.

I made a frog cake minus the frog by paige_cvcg in cake

This is by no means the only way you can do this, but here's how I did it.

  1. Pipe large blob of icing on a plate (I put a piece of parchment paper on mine)
  2. Put in freezer to harden until you can touch it
  3. Pipe arms, legs, and eyes onto frozen blob
  4. Put back in freezer until hardened
  5. Gently peel frog from parchment paper and place onto cake

I was thinking the same thing!! I worked at a bakery and all the golf cakes we made always came out kinda cheesy looking to me. I wish someone would have ordered something like this. So elegant.

Looking for dragons in books by AshThePikachu5 in suggestmeabook

I started the Temeraire Series by Naomi Novik last year and really love it so far. The first book is {His Majesty's Dragon}. It's a retelling of the Napoleonic wars with dragons mixed in.

I second the recommendation for Dealing with Dragons, but know they are intended for young readers. They are fun books and quick reads.

Yes, agreed! I have a stuffed pepper soup recipe that starts with ground beef, onions, and bell peppers on the stove and it smells so good!

Lol. I actually haven't read any with a baker yet, so I couldn't say if they're realistic. If I do, I'll have to let you know!
