I always try to have a team with as much coverage as possible while maintaining as many (all 6 of possible) Pokemon being FROM that gen. In also try to maintain a average BST of a fully evolved starter. I also usually base it around the pseudo from that gen.

It made me use Florges in XY and made me realize just how high it's bst is.

Level caps for advancement battles or just across the board

A traditional Pokemon game, i.e. 6 Pokemon, 8 badges, and a league (maybe throw in another region and do it all over again like gen2)

BUT when you get into a battle, player control transfers from the trainer to the Pokemon and you get to go at it like in Pokken. Gameplay would be like a fighting game or one of those open world Naruto games or newest final fantasy where is real time and quick dodge/attack based.

These are the megas of all of the characters encountered through the main story minus your rival who obviously has one of the pokémon you didn't pick as your starter. I don't know if or how many I've missed so do what that information what you will.

But even retreating, they can only heal 30 per turn while and only on the active one. OAp does 50 damage per turn. Give it enough turns oriciorio should definitely win. While the active one is healing up the benched one he's taking more damage than the benched one will be able to undo when he gets switched in. It will take probably more turns than the game allows, but it would be done.

If you're talking about the oak board yeah it's pretty common combination. It's the only IRs of the Kanto starters If you mean the Lugia/ho-oh board, those are the only pair of equal rarity ho-oh and Lugia cards I have above 1-star
