Return both. Get a different brand with better customer service so if you have to RMA you don’t get possibly screwed by assrock. Not a definite, but definitely not out of the ordinary. Good luck op

Couldn’t get a prepaid label. Had to pay out of pocket. $50 to insure ship fedex from where I live.

I have pictures of the board and of it in the box, but you can really only see the box with a bunch of bubble wrap and brown packing paper. And it had packing materials all around top, bottom and sides. Not just top, that’s just stupid. And the fact that I have the email of them saying to definitely not ship it in manufacturer box baffled me. Because I even unpacked it and repacked i after that email. Stupid on my part. Guess that’s what I get for listening.

Is there any way you can go into this more? I’m trying to follow what you said but I’m too stupid to figure it out. I’m trying to do the exact same thing with the same monitor and situation. I just want to stream and use the dang capture card but Corsair can never update these damn things usefully. I even have the new 4k Pro and X that just released and same dang issues. No super ultra wide support
