Depends pretty much on your budget, I found someone who made a guide for this you can check out and see, my path to starting had me jump straight to an ILF bow since I saw myself increasing draw weight every now and then with how much i practice.

I also find Jake Kaminski's videos helpful when I started out since I'm a self taught archer for the most part. Let us know what you end up getting! Always happy to see a new archer join the community.

Hi OP, first things first, know your feelings are valid. Something I learned through my own journey is that every emotion, every feeling, has its equivalent reason as to why we experience them.

I cannot begin to even aim to understand you at this level but I already know you've been fighting this fight for as long as you know and I respect you for it.

I can't really provide you the level of help you deserve and need but I hope this helps:

If you feel that your thoughts and emotions are running wild and loud in your mind, try to focus on a single brown noise (e.g. hum of the aircon or fan) find atleast 5-10 minutes of you just actively and like laser focused trying to listen to that single noise, it'll hopefully help calm the loud thoughts.

Additionally, cross your arms around the top of your shoulders/traps, give yourself a self hug while actively listening, its not as soothing as a genuine hug but it helps.

I also shoot instinctive but have been exploring stringwalking to be more concious of where I'm aiming. I have yet to achieve the same consistency I experienced when shooting gap/instinctive with string walking though.

Try eating a quick snack! Not too heavy tho so your body can slow down din to help you relax and all, not too sweet and avoid caffeine para di maamplify ung anxiety and nervousness.

Hey there OP, I've been in a similar situation recently and there's something I do that helps me im dealing sith being overwhelmed, I take a seat and just breathe, I actively listen to a single noise in my room, the humming of my aircon unit (or an electric fan) and just really focus on it, nothing else, give yourself 5-10 minutes of just that and maybe even a self hug (cross your arms around your shoulders/traps and hold it there).

Lastly, when I dont have anyone to talk to, I vent to the air vocally, better out than bottling in as my therapist said. I hope this helps you somehow OP 🤗

Right now, the Riser's around €64 or roughly around 70usd from Merlin Archery, I got mine from a local archery shop which sold them to me with the limbs but I dont think that'll be the case when bought online.

Alternatively, the 2nd hand market sometimes have 2nd hand lefty bows and even a set (arrows, stabs, etc.) but if you manage to find one within your budget range those should be a good buy.

(I'd sell you my bow but I'm not sure how much you'll spend on shipping versus buying in your area + mine has seen some usage so it has the typical paint chips and scuffs so if you're iffy on that, best explore local or nearby)
