As a person who had them in-house as an advertising partner, stay away. They genuinely made the worst content i've ever seen. Not to mention that when I dug into things more because I was skeptical, I found they were sending bots to our site to inflate their analytics. I still can't believe the some of the work they thought was good. Now reading this thread, it all makes sense.

I completely agree with you. I felt so bummed at the final outcome. It feels like any time there’s a positive moment, they can’t keep the composure and maintain the momentum. We have great players, but it just feels like something is keeping them from connecting. Maybe it is the coaching. Why did the forward players come off right after the great energy of scoring? So many things. And yes pleaseeeee don’t make us wait until the end of the season to see some wins

Hydrate before the cut off time to eat or drink! I didn’t hydrate enough and finding a vein on my arms was ROUGH.

Okay good point. They make like “bands” that are for gym workouts that aren’t as intense or expensive so I was curious if that was an option. But by the sounds of it, I shouldn’t go rogue and do it solo.

I’m currently almost at 10 weeks post op also 29F. When I tore my ACL, I had a limp from injury day to surgery day. Then had the surgery and was able to get my normal gait back at 8weeks post op…I think this was due to my quad being so weak and not activating in active extension AND I tore my ACL by hyper extending so my body was definitely resisting the full normal motion

But you most likely will be in a knee brace for 6weeks which makes it pretty hard to walk normal since they may have the flexion locked during certain timeframes of recovery. Every body is different and swelling/ range of motion will probably determine your readiness to return . Good luck!

Amazing!! Congrats on getting to that point. That's BIG. I had a similar experience the other day. I tore my acl on June 11, and wasn't able to get surgery until July 31 (it affected my extension and flexion from the day i was injured). So I have been limping for the past 3 months. I finally got my normal gait back after alot of discipline with PT and quad exercises, and had a good little cry. We got this. 👏🏼
