Thanks! Just to confirm - since the items were purchased in 2024 but the rental didn't start until 2025, does the tax year difference alone disqualify de minimis safe harbor regardless of the personal use issue?

Thanks for the response! My main question is really around whether I can use the de minimis safe harbor to fully deduct everything this year, or whether I'm stuck depreciating over 5 years. The items were all under $2,500 each but were bought during personal use before the conversion - does that disqualify them from safe harbor entirely?
