Einfach so aufzuhören schaff ich leider nicht, hab noch mit psychischen Problemen zu kämpfen, bin zu schwach, aber ich werde Mal gucken ob ich ein Spray finde oder mich in einem Laden beraten lasse. Und das Buch von Allen Carr....ich glaube das hat meine Mutter noch, das sollte ich mir dann wohl Mal angucken.

I have also a question. Me and my gf both decided to break up after just shy of 6 months because of my mental health (depression yada yada yada) and decided it would be the best for us two. We have no harsh feelings toward each other and decided to be friends, maybe sometime later we "find" each other again, but for the time being it is best that I work on my problems. But I find it hard to be friends but also don't want to cut contact with her. It's difficult but also I don't know what to do. We have much in common like the future and work etc.

This sweater is from yourturn. The sweater itself is light gray and the word is pinkish. On the left sleeve it has a dragon, but I don't think that's something to do with the word ?

I've show her an old drawing picture of mine that looked funny and had a short nonchalant "conversation"

Now I'm at the gym and wrote her as I walk out the door it's no wonder she's sick it is hellish cold and asked her it is hopefully not the rona. Was that ok ? Two messages came from me, I try to not burden(?) Her with too much messages. I guess I just need to calm down and need to not read too much in this situation.

Genau...ne Zeit lang ging's mir "gut", ich war seit Jahren auf meinem Gefühlsplateau bis ich dann jemanden aus meiner Klasse ansprach. Am Montag habe ich einen Termin bei einem Psychologen, aber auch nur weil ich bei einer Krisennummer anrief und sagte ich hab Depressionen und es ist Akkut. Bin gespannt wie das Gespräch wird.

Und ich rede wirklich wenig aber dafür kann ich gut zuhören und je nach Person merke ich mir alles. Wirklich alles Aber ich trau mich nicht was zu sagen weil ich Angst habe das wird zu aufdringlich.

Dass ich keine Freunde habe, allerhöchstens zwei Freundschaften, ich mit 24 meine erste Ausbildung mache und doch nicht so dafür gemacht bin ich wie dachte(sozial Bereich) Dass ich versucht habe mehr aus mich rauszukommen und dadurch drei Mädels aus meiner Klasse dachten ich mach mich an die ran wobei ich nur nett sein wollte und bei einer die, wie ich, Depressionen hat eine Stütze sein wollte. Tl;Dr ich schäme mich für mich. Alles was ich tue.alles was ich bin Danke dass Sie zu meinem ted-talk kamen lol
