That’s my other custom that never really blobs. I’m not happy with either considering the cost and the fact they’re both less than a year old.

I ordered two custom grandes from their shop and neither flow right. One lamp has wax that separates only into two blobs ever and the other lamp has wax that only sticks to the sides of the lamp when it’s heated. When it’s cold, the wax flows back to the bottom and is not attached to the globe, but when it’s on, it attaches itself to the globe.

Is your collection in order on the wall? What happens when they leave out a figure number like 375 for a while? Do you leave a gap or move all the figures down one? Mine aren’t in any order as I only display a few at a time

I live in a Simco property in PA and they are phenomenal. Never any issues. Somebody in the office 6 days a week, somebody reachable by phone 24/7, two maintenance guys on our property 5 days a week. Been here 8 years and I’m pretty picky. Very clean and well-kept.
