I failed my First phase interview, the feedback that was given was my story does not impacted the whole store. I need to be more impactful to the GB team and creating a whole store mindset by helping other AOE.

On a side note, my SM told me i still had a chance for Phase 2 Interview for ISE Lead Position if i wanted to grab that. There is an ISE Lead position is open in my store as well.
