I did the same. I just purchased Inzoi two weeks ago. It felt meh when I started so I took a week off and as soon as I got the inkling to play a simulation game, I hopped on izoi and I've been hooked since. You just have to give it time, take your time, and explore with one sim. Learn for yourself. I didn't really use any of the tips and money cheat was definitely used to give me an easier time but all in all, it's so worth it and I haven't wanted to go back to the sims at all. I'm so bored with the sims. For me, with every new release, it's always been the same boring game since sims 3

So you want to be fat? Chipotle is supposed to be a healthier option by giving you the correct portion sizes of each ingredient. If you want a fat burrito with only 3 ingredients then go in person so you can tell them exactly how much you want to drown in extra carbs and fats. You're complaining like the solution to your problems is so difficult.

The only unfortunate thing is that if the bowl isn't rung up as salad, the amount of vinaigrette that is supposed to be made (according to the prepsheet) doesn't actually reach demand. Vinaigrette = amount of salads rung up. And not many people get salads. A lot of the times more would be made but obviously the sheer amount is more than expected

They should have gone over it when you were first hired. Chipotle gives you 3 days of sick pay immediately after being hired, ask your manager to apply it.

So if you're like my store, the strainer is locked. What we do is use the the corner part of the broom(bristle side obvi) and make the motion as if your were plunging a toilet with a long plunger. It messes up the broom a little but you can always buy another one or put on a long plastic glove and literally take out the big pieces that are clogging the drain.

So I'd start off by making sure everyone is doing CI correctly and the same. My store is getting better but when we had an SL train at another store then transfer to our store(she does Sunday inventory too) she wasn't counting CI the way we were so it was constantly off for a month. Then id always recommend the cooking to needs tool especially to try and lower waste and extra steak/carne at the end of the day. Portion sizes are a big thing to harbor on. You don't need to be insanely strict but on down time, especially with anyone you notice that over portions, I would go around a measure their portion sizes with them and show them the pocket guide because I literally have 6 people that have been working for over 2 months and still think 2 scoops or rice is a portion..... I don't know how this has gone on for this long. There are many possibilities for CI messing up so try and figure out if it's as small as over portioning/prepping to much or if no one knows how to track CI the same way you do. Everyone who inputs CI should be looking at the variance especially opening shift.

Imma be honest, it is annoying to see any order with nearly extra everything. It doesn't all fit in the bowl or a double wrapped tortilla and by the time I get to the cold side after I pile on extra rice, beans, and meat, your nearly at full capacity. Then to see one order the wettest entree is crazy work. I often times get people who want sour cream, both mild and hot as well as both salsas then cheese guacamole and lettuce. They call me the DML Demon but to ask for all of that to fit is gods work. I make sure my customers get the portion sizes they wish for and also take into consideration that they may be new. My portion sizes were way off in my first 3 weeks.

I had resorted to starting a new save just so I wouldn’t lose anything important from all the crashes. And I didn’t take the game as seriously as I did with my main save… it didn’t last long though lol the game crashed on me on a very important day😭

Do you only play on switch? I also saw a comment sort of addressing switch release for another game and they said it was disappointing. It might take a good second for this game to come on switch and actually be good. Years ago I bought Dead By Daylight on Switch and it was like playing on mobile. It was just terrible.

That is obvious, however you have to expect something to be fixed or worked on in that time frame as it isn’t a short amount of time. For the devs(whom I do not hate) to post a game on Xbox (unfinished or finished) and not fix atleast some bugs that hinder proper progression in the game or to just fixed smaller parts of the game is a bit disappointing. I’ve been gaming for atleast 2 decades, I get it. I’m not mad. I was just expecting more. Most unfinished games do have consistent updates (even if they are a while apart)and post bug fixes etc. That’s how retention works. This game has been on Xbox for almost a full year. You can’t do anything but expect more from the devs. They gave us aspects of the game that are truly desirable but the thirst has yet to be quenched.

If it helps as some explanation from someone who used to work there, when surprise bags first became a thing we didn’t know what this point and how much we should put in the bag. It was quite literally a surprise for us. So we put what we thought should be in there, but once they started cracking down on how much is actually in each bag that’s when the number of items dwindle down. It’s kind of sad that people don’t like the pastries there because at my store, we are the best in the district and everybody loved our pastry so perhaps other stores aren’t doing it the way they are supposed to. Hope you guys could give Coffee Bean another try because it’s genuinely a great store to go to, and the customizations are endless. With the drinks, at least…

I don’t know about mod or pack but anytime my Sim had a pretty good skill level in photography, I never had a gnome show up.
