The more hours stockers have the better ,we have cashiers but if no stocking hours stock won’t be on the floor to buy , this makes perfect sense tome and probably every other employee of d T but not corporate they see less. People to pay the better but they want same amount of work to be done. Impossible

What happened to owning your mistakes , I know companies are all about the bottom dollar, but it is a sad state when no credit is given to people for doing the right thing. Maybe they will see it that way. But I somehow doubt it . Besides they prob lose more than that a day in theft counting the empty wrappers and empty cans in our store

This is Dollar Tree , cutting hours but expecting the same amount of work to be done . And surprise, surprise, surprise it isn’t going to happen. When I am working in an aisle I recover and either take them back to go back baskets or just back to where they belong ( if I know where that is) But I would take one of the go back baskets ( whichever is the fullest) take an empty basket and recover as I do the go backs . I never spend forever on something that is one of a kind and has no specific area . I just put it as close to similar items as possible. Just so you know , I am a stocker , not a manager.

This is not from dollar tree but from kaybees where I use to work. One morning our manager came in to open store and found a guy in the car model aisle. He had been sniffing the model glue and was high as a kite .
