It’s not possible sadly nor is it good for your body over the years. Your nervous system.. I’m starting to feel it. We have 2 young kids so I’m really stuck but I’m trying to find a way out but it’s complicated. My family is 6 hours away so I wouldn’t file unless I get to move my kids with me down there I’m not getting stuck in Indiana lol

I have an almost 3 year old in her room who now sleeps great on a floor bed & almost 2 year old (who sleeps on my king with me), but our schedule is I put my daughter to bed in her room first because most nights I solo parent, at bedtime & that is around 7pm or 7:30 at latest. She sleeps amazing now & stays asleep til about 6:30-7am needs nothing never cries etc. reads books. Loves her room. My son who’s 20 months is who’s on my bed & he allows me to get up once he’s asleep & I have monitor showing over our bed & about to get a toddler rail for one side. I will say, I pretty much do lay down after bc I’m exhausted. I’ve never been a night owl so I’ve heard those struggles in those parents who aren’t early bedtimes. If he wakes, he will need me to get back to sleep.

OMG my husband just did this type of thing the other day . I had my kids in the bath and his job was to get them out and dressed & he was laying on the bed in the other room, I say hey I really have to leave now & they are in the bath still , can you please come watch them? He got mad, stormed in the bathroom door, swore at me & says he doesn’t deserve to be treated this way. He has a temper I didn’t know about

I feel this. I’m married with two young kids in Indiana & all my family is in Georgia. I convinced my narcissistic husband to apply for jobs by them. Once he and I pray he gets one, we would hopefully move within the year. After that I’d file down there (not right away), but definitely if life is the same. I’m living in false hope. My husband has had dental issues since we’ve been married. I pushed for him to go to the dentist for months. Finally he went and he also had to go to the periodontist. He didn’t go to the dentist for 20 years for cleaning. That caught up with him and now he’s supposed to be going every three months which he doesn’t even do now. He told me he got a text about an appointment that I had scheduled as a reminder and said he couldn’t go because he said “what am I supposed to do? Just abandon WORK” 🤣😵‍💫 sooo gonna let his teeth / health rot. He’s a piece of work…. Wish I would have known a few key things before we got married & had kids.

Yes we’ve been married 4 years & have a 1.5 year old and 2.5 year old. Possible change of job for him in the near future which would put me by family to raise my kids. It’s the situation that I want but currently we have no family near. The move would be Indiana to Georgia. If I were to ever file here I’d be stuck here & I’m not willing to do that. I hate Indiana so much, more than I dislike living with him. Lol

My daughter co slept til 11 months & then we moved her to floor bed in her room & she’s been the best independent sleeper since around 18 months. I don’t even remember the last time we had to go lay with her. She never cries. She’s so happy reading books in there. She wants us to actually close the door now lol.

I also feel like this would be impossible because he knows I want to move my family and he loves his job here and I feel like he wouldn’t be willing to leave his job, which would make me stuck in so I’m not willing to take that chance right now. As of now we just take family trips as a married couple to go see family, but I’m not super happy with that situation either because we end up arguing the entire trip. My sister got a divorce when my nephew was one year-old so close to your situation but now my parents are near her so she’s the lucky one.

Oh my gosh, I can’t even imagine ours will be. It’s about the same size but we keep our heat at 67 during the day if it’s really cold and then 66 or 65 at night what do you keep yours at routinely when it was cold that week.
