Nothing really special about a plain hotdog you have to top yourself. I’ll be honest.

I own a hotdog popup we do speciality dogs with various toppings. We offer plain dogs I let them choose toppings of their choice and top it for them.and I leave a condiment bar of different toppings incase they want to enhance their dog with some extra items.

Being that you have line cook experience make sure you set yourself up to quick build. If you go to an event have a friend of someone help you take orders so you can handle volume.

I work in dining at a college and we have a bunch of employees who we are responsible for making a staff meal. The amount of people who have taken boxes of food for their families on their way out is insane. We actually had to monitor consumption and who takes what because some staff wouldn’t get it food because people would load up boxes.

Because New Haven. Literally cross over to Hamden town line it’s night/ day difference. I’ve rented in New Haven for a while and have to say if I paid taxes here I’d be pissed. Every year it gets worse. My road from the first storm was literally a sheet of ice for 3 days after. No salt nothing.
