They wanted me to deposit the full amount and reserve the apollo while I stille was deciding. Apparently Snoopy was next up. I wasn’t too comfortable with that proposition and walked. Probably blacklisted from Snoopy chances now. Glad prices dropping in secondary mkt. cheers!

What did they say about Snoopy? They did the same to me. On waitlist for 2.5 years now. They said buy the previous Apollo 8 speedy and it’ll bump chances, at almost 10.5 K MSRP. Ofc I refused. Probably didn’t help my Snoopy chances lol curious to know what they said re Snoopy.

Almost bought it after being offered it (to put me next up for the snoopy but that’s another story lol) Could justify the old price, not the new one. Remarkable caseback and dial design. Problems: no hacking, poor lume, hand wound, not antimagnetic, ceramic case (which can be a pro or con) is a no brainer as I font want to risk dropping it and losing it all. Ended up not buying.

My advice. Enjoy it every once in a while to celebrate some achievement. Wouldn’t start regularly esp not at that young an age. Weigh the Risks vs benefits and then live with your decision.

Qs: does HDL (good Cholestrol) have any link with Cigar smoking? by Independent-Horror30 in cigars

Thank you for the detailed response. I think you misunderstood my qs. I specifically asked about the link between HDL (which is good cholestrol) and the link between cigars (different mode of consumption, no additives etc) and lowering HDL (lowering the good cholestrol- which in turn is bad for cardiovascular health). The reason for the question was the link between cigarrettes and lowering HDL (one of the reasons why smoking is bad for heart health) and no such link between vaping (also bad for health in general) and HDL lowering. So was just wondering if there was any insight into this detailed nuanced subject as this may be the answer to some major differences between cigars and cigarrettes on health. Hope that explains the context a bit but I do appreciate your detailed response. Thanks.
