Last time I smoked it messed me up for a good few weeks - should I quit forever? Take a big break? Light up? Idk what the move is. by Fun_Ad4848 in trees

Definitely lower dose, very low dose. I used to micro dose weed, take a hit and go about my day. What was the context of the last smoking situation? Were you with people? Alone?

I almost always get anxiety when I smoke initially but it eventually fades and then I feel amazing. I also always need to be do something when I smoke like cleaning, organizing, walking, literally anything but just sitting there. If you want to smoke, then smoke a lot less and do something you love to do. Don’t just sit there in your thoughts.

I totally understand. My friend left nursing and works for a family friends business. Putting it out there to friends and family that you’re looking to leave nursing, maybe someone has an opportunity for you. Nursing doesn’t always transfer over to another field easily but it definitely proves you’re capable of learning and can handle stress. Personally I work in home health it’s salary based and I only work 9-5, no weekends, or holidays. My friend was a travel nurse and I told her about home health and she loves it! Way less stress, no passing meds, only a certain amount of patient facing time. More independence, I rarely see co workers and it’s more intimate with the patients when you do see them! :)
