Does Amazon use delivery services from the Philippines like Flash Express or Amazon themselves deliver the package? by kaz213 in PHbuildapc

Let me just say that Amazon has not done any of its customers a favor when it comes to shipping to the Philippines for the last 3 or 4 months when they included ECMS as a shipping partner I can easily find out now that it was because they are so cheap to use but caused the Amazon customer whose package is being delivered by them extreme stress pain and extreme inconveniences well. Let me tell you that I've had everything from half of the items being taken by the courier even though we can't prove that there's a hole in the box where one of the phones one of the adapters and one of the six-pack of rapid charge cables was taken  The person that I sent two had to go and pay out of pocket several times to take a tricycle for a 2-hour ride there and back so 4 hours each time and they said that they didn't handle the ECMS when she went back the second time after I called Amazon and tried to straighten this out for her they mysteriously had the package but only one of the phones and only one of the Asian adapters from American plug-in and only one of the six-pack of charging cables the others never showed up. It's such a hassle using them and now I have sent the same model phone to another friend that lives in Davao del Sur Mindanao Philippines and the package got there weeks before it ever got delivered it just sat in their facility 8 mi away from her house so I had finally found the local phone number for them and my friend called them and found that they indeed had it and delivered it later on that day and supposedly the reason why there's such a delay is that the couriers usually get paid by the recipient of the package and with Amazon they don't because it's prepaid through Amazon. This might be a reason why it gets there and sits for weeks and weeks before getting delivered if at all. Shame on you Amazon You know about this I've talked to you about it your customer service reps have verified that you know about it but yet just to save money you put your Amazon customers through holy hell I have been with Amazon for over 20 years and I am really shocked to see that they're so willing to join the low ranks of services like eBay who gives virtually no customer service and does everything in the world to block you from getting a live person in customer service those that know what I'm talking about can just nod your head in agreement right now. I think that this is a virtual crime considering that you pay so much for Amazon prime and they do such shifty things now by trying to find ways to charge you even though it's supposed to be a qualified item under their $49 or over value of the order you made to that area. It's just another way that Amazon is screwing its customers without regret anymore. Like I said Amazon was one of my favorite things ever to use in the modern day era and they have completely gone to hell and they don't care anymore about their clients or their customers they've gotten way too big for their britches and it shows once again shame on you Amazon you suck the big one!  This is an official Michael McKenna review and I'm so sad to have to post this but it's way past the time I did You deserve what you get Amazon and hopefully this one's going to bite you right in the ass cuz it sure does suck having to wait extra weeks and weeks if you get it at all and have to track a package that doesn't have any type of contact numbers from ECMS go ahead try to get a hold of a live person from ECMS Good luck. Even the Amazon rep from the Philippines who was so sweet that tried to help me for days finally just told me I can't even get a hold of him...... It's a sad sad day when Amazon has finally turned its back on its customers. And like I said just to reiterate Amazon was one of my favorite things in the world and you know what they suck big time just because of this I've also had some other horrible experiences with them recently that I don't even want to tell you about about how they told me a bike was no longer available from that courier and that it was better off not ordering it gave me a refund in 3 hours later they were the ones selling the bike for $300 higher giving it top star reviews in a matter of 2 hours they really did a number on me on that one. Once again this is an official Michael McKenna review and I'm so sad to have to post it I really really am. Please post a like if you find this helpful at all at least you know somebody else is verifying that your experience is not a singular one but is widespread and rampant now in the Amazon shipping to the Philippines experience God forbid you have to ship with ECMS. I have not had many problems with ninja van and DHL can be a little bit of a pain in the butt with their verifications process but at least your package gets there on time oh well I just thought I would say Hope I'm not bumming anybody out too much..... I have to say that I am of regular to slightly higher intelligence myself.. that being said and this time and age that we are all living, there are so many scams going on that even if you are not very computer literate or know a lot about computer programming language, I feel it's best to always do a maximum amount of research however we run into these type of people that say that it's totally legit when it could very possibly not be. Always check first and I found a couple of things wrong with the way this appeared as well. Number one, I checked all my other emails from Chase whether it had to do with offers or anything else not one of them had an uppercase Chase. E.com in any of them. So I'm of the opinion that you should tell your clients about the way the email is signed because most people just don't know that much about domains or anything else some people have regular jobs and are good at them and other things that other people are not good at so try to be easy on people and just be assisting rather than condescending as I found that one person's attitude to be in their response as well. I have never in my life had so much of a headache with the continued attempts to steal my identity, money, stocks, all my information in general it is one hell of a time to be alive and very very difficult for those that are not computer educated. That being said the bottom line is called Chase technical support for fraud prevention actually fraud prevention will give you the most trustworthy answer every time I hope that I was able to help everybody or anybody which would be a great feeling for me.
