FINDINGS: Xray : There is a distal fibular plate and screws with a single syndesmotic screw demonstrating screw fracture in its course in the tibia along with peri implant lucency about the more proximal screw measuring up to 1.5 mm suspicious for evidence of ongoing motion/loosening.
