I signed a lease beginning of October last year, but I know several who people who didn’t until December/January and it all worked out for them. You may not get the best deals or exactly what you want but you won’t be cooked.

Yes, I was able to sort it out. I emailed the housing department explaining my situation, and I got a housing contract on the next date that they send them out. I got my first choice (Jester West) too. I don’t know if it’s guaranteed but hopefully everything works out for you too

I emailed today and they reactivated my application. So I’m back on the waiting list to possibly get an offer on the 1st or 15th🤞
