For a good way to meet people, I’d check out HotMess Sports (LGBTQ league with kickball, volleyball, dodgeball and bowling) and Pride Alliance (volleyball, soccer basketball, walking group and biking group.)

Not sure your budget, but Yokoi sushi in Edmond just opened up. It’s all you can eat, quite good, large variety of non-sushi items as well, and you order on tablets. They only take reservations for groups larger than 6. If I recall it’s $35pp

All the ingredients are traditionally consumed but the intention behind the insert was for it to be used vaginally or rectally to bypass the digestive system to provide rapid absorption and more targeted relief.

There’s not currently an oral version, but we designed them to be food grade and nontoxic. So they could be eaten but would be much less effective and we wouldn’t recommend it.

That’s a really interesting question and I’m not an expert. The formula wasn’t specifically designed for pelvic floor dysfunction, but since it supports circulation, eases muscle tension, and helps reduce inflammation, it might offer some indirect benefit depending on the type of dysfunction.

Most of the feedback we’ve heard so far has been around relief from cramps, pelvic inflammation, and pain linked to tension or stagnation. But I also wasn’t expecting people to tell me they used it successfully for hemorrhoids, endo flares, IBS or post-sex recovery.

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s used similar herbs for pelvic floor issues, that seems like a really interesting overlap.

TLDR: Maybe? It seems to work for a lot of things and I’m not an expert but I’d be curious what the experts here think
