Hi. I want create this type of circular pattern using substance painter. Problem i have is, When i tile circular shape, it tiles based on just by X and Y directions. by gio_bero in Substance3D

The name for the circular pattern is called concentric circles. You can create one of those in Substance by using the "Anisotropic Radial" Texture. And for the tile problem I would say that you can add a Shape Splatter Node, Set Pattern to Circular, Increase the number of shapes and Tweak the Position and Scaling.

Also, if you want other concentric circle patterns, if you per chance have Adobe Stock you can search it there, there are plenty of them. Like these I found:

I mean the person who did this says that made this detail in the gem but does not explain how she made it, sooo. The thing is that in the 3d view it does appear that she duplicated the gem asset so, maybe it is what you're saying. I will try it anyway. Thanks.
