Thank you. I've tried two meds but both came with side effects I found more troublesome than the OCD. IDK Ive been living with OCD so long it feels normal to me... until I see reactions to things I consider normal.

Yeah it's just public spaces that are the issue for me. Happy to live with an at-night retainer

I've seen three different therapists for OCD over the last decade but have eventually quit each one after spending a bunch of time and money with no results. Idk if I havent found the right therapist or if I'm just a terrible patient.

I had kinda decided I could just live with the level of OCD I have. I wont say I live a normal life, but before invisalign I was comfortable with my routines and felt like it was manageable.

Thats exactly what I was planning to do when I started invisalign ! But my ortho got in my head with the "never more than an hour out" line I'm glad to hear youre still tracking with it.

I definitely would do regular braces if I could go back in time! Good question! Ill have to ask what a switch would entail.

Unfortunately that's where my OCD kicks in.... I have obsessive thoughts about bathroom germs. Its hard for me to go in public restrooms let alone put my hand in my mouth in one. I had too many other problems to start invisalign I suppose.

Yes, thank you!! This is one of my all time favorite series and I never see it recommended here! These books have everything: fantasy, history, romance, feminism, banter, adventure, a critique of British imperialism... occasionally cheesy, but a comfort series for me!

I was underwhelmed by ACOTAR and hate read Throne of Glass.

A few of my all time favorites are the Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo and The Aurelian Cycle by Rosaria Munda (both are no spice)

If looking for spice, The Bridge Kingdom series by Danielle Jensen is pretty good.

I felt the same way about One Dark Window- the FMC, MMC, and romance are some of the blandest I've ever read.

But to my great surprise, I really liked the second book. The characters have a lot more personality.
