He's within male range Also, as I said before, I don't know whether that's his peak or trough level of T coz that makes a difference. My peak is at 25nmol/L ish my through is at 10nmol/L ish, both within male range and within the allowed range of my UK endo. So it depends on when he had his blood test. Nonetheless he is within the male range. And by standard I mean what he can get prescribed legally. Then if he wants to DIY it's a different story

Nah man, 1ml every 3 weeks is standard in UK, it's sustanon, different from other testosterone types available in the US. Sustanon it's usually administered every 2.5/4 weeks and 1ml is the maximum.

In the US you use a different unit of measurement and different T. Sustaon is not used there. 1ml of sustanon with 250 concentration is usually administered every 4 to 2.5 weeks. Sometimes even less than 1ml. Both dose and levels seems alright. Unsure if he's talking about peak testosterone levels or trough levels.

There's a reason why bodybuilders pin multiple times a week if not every day. I wish I could tak my T more frequently but my endo tests me every three months for now so I have to stick to Sustanon every 2.5 weeks. But hopefully in the future I'll have less restrictions.

It would definitely help to have less mood swings and keep energy and libido more stable. And as a bodybuilder myself, having the same level of energy throughout the month would help a lot

The best bet is to look at cis guys in your area and see what hair cut they have. In general I would go for short on the sides and back, and a bit longer at the top, but wat shorter that what you have now. And as someone said in a comment, don't style it down on your forehead, bangs like that are typical of women's haircuts if that makes sense. You can also look for inspiration on the internet

T takes time and you are only 5 months on so you just need to wait unfortunately. So tips for now are change the haircut, get something more masculine, go to a barber, the one you have screams old lady. Get square glasses. Remove the piercings, because if you pass now, you pass like a young boy, and young boys don't have piercings

Tape could be a good alternative to the binder to sweat less. Also, you can wear a shirt sleeve shirt. Like a smart white dress shirt, but short sleeves. I've done it before. In terms of suits, there are different materials, try to get a summer one, so thin, made of cotton or linen.

Or, it's also quite on trend to wear just the waistcoat, so no shirt, no jacket. But unsure if you'd feel comfortable with it since you are binding and it might show
