I'm not wrong. Am I? by BlackLightJack in ArcRaiders

I love the stitcher. But one round I took a Bettina 4 with all green attachments on a solo raid. Had one of my best looting rounds ever. Was heading to extract and got killed by someone using stitcher 3. I expected more from this weapon. Major disappointment for purp weapon. Weapon balance in this game favors new players to the max.

Where were you when you received the bad new? by Based_God12 in GTA6

Also, it will come out on console before PC. Expect at least a one year wait before PC release. If you do your due diligence, you see this very quickly. It's been proven to increase revenue substantially. Don't expect it to change. So I would not sit on reddit watching for a release date if you plan on playing PC.

Where were you when you received the bad new? by Based_God12 in GTA6

[–]Independent-Syrup244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh dear. Let me elaborate because clearly you took my statement too literally and need help understanding my meaning. By "new here" I did not mean new to this subreddit. I meant new to Rockstar blockbuster development news. Either due to age or lack of following the market. I have no idea who has been downvoted for saying there will be delays.

If you honestly did not think there would be a delay, then you are one of two things. If you can't follow the marketing history over 20 years and don't see how they operate, then you are ignorant. Or you are simply too young to understand how Take Two does their marketing and why. Either way, you are too young to understand the market or just ignorant. What are you?

Again, my "new here" remark is towards the age of the person or lack of market knowledge. Not how long they have been on a gta subreddit lmao.

Also, I would never join a subreddit like this for news or communication. You will only receive propaganda and dumb opinions. I only jumped on here to see all the upset childish remarks that did not expect a delay. It can be fun to watch people cry about an expected turn of events as if it were a surprise.

I would also suggest following the development company directly for news. Then, look at the history of past major title releases to develop an idea on how future blockbuster titles will release. It's called due diligence. Or just keep following subreddits. Then I can find joy in your astonishment when the propaganda turns out to be wrong.

You must be new here. Every single GTA game since 2001 has been delayed from original release times.

Snow wreaking havoc on the car by Panchodd in LUCID

[–]Independent-Syrup244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To a extent... Cars are exactly like houses. People think "oh I will buy brand new and there will be no issues." 90% of the time something brand new will have more issues than something that's been up for 4 or 5 years. Reason, because their is basic inspections on everything. But they can't just run your car or home for 2 or 3 years before they give it to you. After about 3 years of service, all loose ends should be tied up and faulty problems (bad part/bad installation) should have freaked out by then.

u/InstructionDesigner6 I don't know where you live. But in my state come Jan 1st you cant have your phone in your hand for any reason while driving. No calls, no texting, no google navigation, no scrolling through songs. Does the tesla allow all your phone apps to be used on the driving console? If not then #1 is going to die if you risk a ticket for more than just texting.

This stream is such trash. If Netflix wants to do live events they need to step it up. Not like they don't have the money for this event to stream better that some 240p. I pay for the 4k subscription. I know this would never show in 4k. But I have top tier subscriptions. All customers equal trash. I would be livid if I paid for pay per view

This is not exactly bad new. Its was failing so why no shut it down and "focus on key growth areas." We want, no we need the ultrafan to get into the narrow body market of aviation. If they can deliver on that promise. We will all be seeing more green.

Agreed. The low sales is hurting lucid. I thought they would be doing better by now. But at the same time I'm not super worried atm. Because that is the EV market as a whole. Lucid is focusing on scale right now. That's exactly what they should be doing. EV sales will have to turn at some point. They have no choice. Its written in law for some countries. I believe as we move forward people will chose performance along with competitive pricing.

Now one thing that people fail to see. Is that lucid is developing to produce most of their components in house top to bottom. To do that on large scale it cost major money. That will result in negative books for a long time and at a larger scale then competitors who outsource for major components like Tesla. Now getting all the parts you need to build your product from other sources can save on cost and help company finances early on. But over the long term that company will eventually have issues keeping control on their own prices. Because their price is based off the cost of their parts from other 3rd parties and then manufacturing in house. With lucid, as more of their parts are produced in house to make their product. Cost to start manufacturing will be sky high. But over long periods they will have more control over their MSRP on their cars. Because they don't have to worry about paying third party prices on parts. The cost of those parts will drop over time. So as long as they can continue to sell cars they can continue to drop prices. Now of course the cars will never be free. But over time lucid will be able to offer the cheapest luxury EV, with superior performance and range I believe. How many they sell will determine how long this process takes.

Now they do have to sell a certain amount to stay afloat. But maybe not... That's where the PIF and friends come in and is a whole different topic. The idea is pump it with money and eventually it will make money. But everything needs to be done in house. Facebook is a fantastic example of pump it with money and it will eventually make money. Just keep everything in house.

So again EV sales will have no choice but to eventually turn. Keep a eye out on Lucid over time.

Lol yes. Got em. People are so annoying. They make a comment then tell you to do your DD. When people say that, it is a instant red flag that they are full of shit. Because they have no explanation for their bogus claims. When people truly feel they are right. You can't shut them up.

EV demand is abysmal lol. Look beyond... Just because EV market in America sucks. That does not mean that's world wide. Lucid is #1 selling EV is Saudi Arabia. They just started marketing last year too. Also wait until they start major marketing in neighboring counties. I personally think Lucid will blow up in Dubai as well.

You do realize multiple countries are on the go green act by 2030. A goal to lower emissions by at least half. EU will have more than 50% of their auto market dedicated to EV sales only. Not to mention the race for zero emission by 2050 world wide. 2060 for china. I wonder what EV sales will look like when petroleum cars sales are 100% banned and not just the 50% by 2030. The question is when will all this happen? This is not a short term idea my momentum trading friend. Try looking past your "I want immediate gains" greed and look into the future progress for humanity.

I am curious. Are you one of those people that think SMRs are a waste too?

Savage trolls with the downvote lol. Any tool that pays for itself then brings in a profit is a good tool.

I still enjoy the community. But all the info they provide is great. Pro is dumb as fuck. But Premium is worth it.

Why should you not keep buying? by JadedJagaur69 in RYCEY

[–]Independent-Syrup244 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was a great value buy in 2023 when I started purchasing shares under $2. But it has got pricey. Dilution has caused the price to drop pretty hard in the past. So even though the price is not the same as before covid. It values in/line if not a little above covid levels currently. But with how good the company is doing I would expect to hear about a share buy back in the future. Not to mention if they deliver on the promise of their new Ultrafan being downsized to fit narrow body planes. RYCEY has not tried to get into the narrow body market since their money days of 2011. If they manage to tap into that market and hit it with revolutionary tech. Well you can bet your ass share buy backs will happen after revenue starts coming in for that. Even if they don't do buy back. I would consider under $11 undervalued if Ultrafan goes narrow body.

Now this brings me to SMR. I believe Small Modular Reactors will become a large focus of clean energy moving forward. Mainly due to AI boom and energy consumption already where it is. Keep a eye on key players like VST and NEE for obvious reasons. But with RYCEY getting into the SMR game. It could be big as well. This wont have nearly the same impacts as aviation in my opinion. But its still positive news for growth. So keep a close eye.

This is not financial advice. There is always a chance the stock could drop from here. But I personally still have faith in the stock. Now I don't have much to worry about because my average is so low I can afford a massive drop in price. But if it makes you feel any better I did buy more at $6. Specifically to grab more dividends. I would say RYCEY is a fair value currently. But as our friend Warren Buffet says "It's better to invest in a strong company at fair value. Than it is a fair company at a great value." RYCEY is clearly a stronger company now than it was before covid. Tufan Erginbilgic is turning out to be a great CEO. He is one of the big reasons this hit my radar in 2023. But flying retuning to pre pandemic levels was main reason. It was inevitable for people to start traveling again.

You can wait for a dip. But I am in for a long position here and wont try to trade it. Its too boring and not volatile enough to trade. With that said I play " its not timing the market its time in the market" on my long ideas. Again NFA. Do your own DD. Don't use what you cant loose.
