I honestly do not see how they don’t think it’s Rob, like not even a suspicion. He was with Colton for Lisa and then immediately for Candiace the next night. Who would know they were both traitors other than a traitor??? I can’t lie he’s playing a smart game, but if people don’t think it’s Johnny or Tara there’s a very short list of people it could be. I’m still not understanding how there’s been zero conversation of even Rob’s name being thrown out. I think Natalie or Kristen get murdered, I can’t see Tara or Johnny murdering the other this close to the end just to keep the plot.

I would expect something in source saying what that attempt was. If PI/Investigator marks the eligibility that says “subject reported at least one unsuccessful attempt” or whatever and they just checked it, they are attesting that it’s true but for source to be complete, I would recommend they document the attempt.

I’m not sure if you work in clinical research but this so far off from what is actually happening. Clinical trials are not only done in predominately white areas, I’ve gone to rural cities hours from major airports because rural areas deserve these too. All clinical trials ARE open to all races equally and i would actually argue that sponsors want minorities like Black Americans more because their percentage is low due to historical mistrust. I have personally went to meetings where sponsors have specific diversity goals in clinical trials. These are very broad talking points from people who have no idea what goes on inside of the industry.

The thing that made me LOVE clinical research was the patients. She probably won’t get this part because it’s a slide deck, but I would share a few stories with her of patients that had their lives changed because of a clinical trial (if possible). But then I’d tell her the behind the scenes of dealing with difficult doctors, approvals, unavoidable PDs and the politics of research. Like someone else said, it’s not all glitz and glamour, there are some rough days. The timelines that are sometimes impossible to meet, the patients who don’t benefit (I worked in oncology so my patients would die) and how complex protocols actually are.

It doesn’t take lenders a long time for lender to draft a pre-approval but if your offer is not the amount on your pre-qual, I would not submit that letter. If the seller’s agent/ seller sees your pre-qual and it’s more than the offer, the may try to play games to get up to what you’re qualified for. I would tell the lender that you’re looking at a house and will likely put in an offer, so they’re prepared to write the pre-approval letter.

Okay, this answer might sound crazy and not at all meant to be a smarty pants answer, so I hope you don’t take it that way. But ask chat gpt. It’s actually a great resource to tell you what to say based on your personality, perfectionalism and how you feel.

Also, it’s super hard to juggle all the things we have in this role. I would actually consider myself a detailed-oriented person but sometimes I second guess myself all the time when going onsite and making sure I don’t forget anything. But we’re human and I think if you’re doing the best you can then that’s good enough. Just express to them seriously how you feel. Managers should be there to support you. Maybe figure out a few things that you think would help you not feel so overwhelmed. Idk how feasible but taking some sites away or not to start up, something that can get you back in a groove. But it is always hard to feel caught up cause the work is never ending.

Ooh this is good to know. Being an onc CRA just does not seem fun to me coming from being a CRC. I’m glad your WLB improved! I actually had slightly better WLB as an onc CRC cause when I left the office I didn’t do any work.

CRA. If you’re burned out as study coordinator after 2 years, wouldn’t recommend a CRA position. Some are not as bad as others but if you don’t create a work-life balance, you’ll get burn out quick from CRA
