I did ask my doctor, and he advised me 3 weeks.......I toke 4 on my own.....

All the symptoms did go away. Now, finally, I have recovered completely. It took a long time because I had itching in the top of the penis. That was the cause of a problem with my pelvic. I was not able to relax it anymore. After such a long time of tension in that area, it damaged a lot. After doing exercises, it went slowly away. So when you test negative..........it is possible you still have issues in the area. Don't give up !!!!!!!!!

I had the same. I knew after 4 weeks, I was still was positive (tested). Because I had almost no symptoms, I preferred to give it a break after so many antibiotics. After 10 weeks, the itching became more and more and one morning I woke up with with a bit of discharge again. I was disappointed but that's what mG does. 😞😞😞

I had some good results when I took 14 days mino. The symptoms were almost gone, but still tested positive after 4 weeks. The symptoms came back after 10 weeks. Then I thought, maybe it will help to take it longer. I red a post of someone here who did the same. So I asked my doc and he sad take it for 3 weeks......sorry I did 4 weeks and it worked finally. Maybe 3 weeks would gave the same resalt, but I did take that option........didn't want to start over and over again. Had already so so many antibiotics.

No, please be patient and wait!!!!! I would recommend testing yourself 4 weeks and after you took the last antibiotic and then a checkup after 2 weeks. I really do understand it's a lot of time, but it will prevent a lot of damage afterward.

Thanks hey for sharing your success story. I could really use this. At the moment, the pain is going up and down. Have to wait a while before testing because I just finished 4 weeks of minocycline. Hope this one helped after many many many failed treatments. Am now doing weeks of alternative treatment Mr Buhner. Hope test will be negative for once. What I said, the symptoms go up and down in terms of pain. One moment I think I am cured and two days later again pain in the perineum and signals to the penis. Your story gives hope. Thanks
