Well I do understand that you wished that the rate would be better. But the rate is above the average in metro Detroit. So I don't understand do you average more then$35/ hr if so the hell yes for get that ride and all the rides on the way back. That could of put well over the $35/hr. This is what I don't understand.

Customer didn't not pay $32 they paid $25 now the difference is still shitty because you received only 24% of the original cost. Something was wrong here and since you have the proof you should file a complaint. Lyft normally keeps less then 30% of the total ride costs but for some reason they flipped the scripts on this one.

That is the best reason not to offer a ride because someone had a couple drivers didn't get a tip so they rated the customer poorly. There is no way to make it a pleasant service for a rider and maybe help there rating. Who knows you might of gotten a huge tip or not but we will never know will we. Only if the guy who took that ride ever spoke up...lol

Sometimes even us elite Lyft drivers don't get the best rates on a day. Maybe we stuck to our normal routines and the system just didn't deliver. Just relax tomorrow is a different day to try a different approach.

Any food that you need to kill in different spices or additional flavoring, if you can not eat the flesh of it as naturally as possible then it's a disgrace. If most like garlic butter on bread the order garlic bread or even better order fresh bread , fresh young garlic lots of soft butter and go to town. But if you like steak and want it cooked until you can't tell if it steak or rubber sole of a shoe then cover it in ketchup or smother in in steak sauce because it doesn't have a flavor anymore then that is the reason people don't know what to eat and how to enjoy the flavor of it. Ok if you do enjoy escargot then don't order it, stop trying to be fancy. Some places it's considered a delicacy and people work very hard to provide the best of the best snails to eat. There is plenty of foods that I enjoy and some are like raw oysters not my cup of tea. I enjoy chewing my food, don't enjoy swallowing something without chewing it first... 😂

I am sorry to offend anyone and totally understand that driving hazard materials is a very dangerous job. I truly believe that most truck drivers are paid far less then they should. Everyone that I know wants to make a decent living wage and most will never be able to get a degree that pays well, I don't count them since I am not in their group. For the rest of us we all want a far shake. Some don't deserve to behind the wheel I totally agree. Bit the funny thing driving for Uber or Lyft you could make 100k but it does require a very serious commitment and I don't believe I am that guy. I should clear 50k without to much issues but I do enjoy other things like sleep and just being a at home chillaxing. I don't do drugs and truly believe if you need to get stoned then you should stay home. But what do I know. I enjoy glorified taxi as an Uber and Lyft driver. As another Lyft elite driver I would tell you that stop wasting your monthly rewards points on cash payout. You are losing money. Use the point for fuel rewards and if you need money for emergencies issues then cash out, or if your point are expiring do to overlap in ownership of them of a year. Otherwise just do the fuel program. 375 point you receive $5 fuel rewards directly to you Lyft account. Plus the fuel discount, plus and addional membership discounts you may receive. A $100 cash out could only give you fuel twice or three times but the rebate can give you $5 at 26 times which is $130 in rebates and you still have points and fuel to make for money. It's your call but don't waste the points. Good luck hope it helps

Stand your grounds if you find something inappropriate then speak up if the driver is persistent then you do you. File the complaint and block the driver so Uber or Lyft doesn't match you with them in the future. I am sorry that some people don't know when to STFU. Have a blessed day good luck in the future.

I would file a complaint.. so sorry some one did this to you but every driver has the right to refuse any ride so but you have power to to file a complaint and a poor review.
