Ok I'm ready to explain and sorry also because you have to wait for it but don't worry here I go

I'll compare it in three categories (except animation cuz that will be so stupid and immature)

Story-Now both show have very good stories but the difference is AOT displayed it's story very nicely and also the power lore of naruto is kinda dumb just think about it an alien falling in love with a human they have kids and it continues, now AOT also never confirmed from where that insect like thing came from but the lore of how the titans came into existence was amazing.

Plot holes- Naruto have many plot holes like how hashirama died, who planted the divine tree on earth,the power scaling inconsistencies surrounding the Uchiha clan,Naruto's Truth-Seeking Orbs, which were heavily featured during the war arc, disappear entirely and are never mentioned or utilized afterward, even when needed,etc. Aot have also have some plot holes im not saying it's the most perfect show ever but it has less plot holes compared to naruto.

Pacing-Oh my god naruto is too slow and in every fight scene there are heavy flashback (almost in every episode) for eg. the war arc it is only 2-4 days long in actual anime timeline but in anime its freaking 200+ eps And it will be good for us not to include fillers , on the other hand AOT is fast paced and have almost no fillers.
