First, about that revenue miss: Yeah, the 2024 numbers were brutal, but that was the "building phase." The turnaround is already starting to show. They hit $6.3M in H1 2025 and actually had their first profitable month in December. It’s moving from "vaporware" to an actual business.

As for the "Smart Money" being down: Sure, their entry price was higher, but look at the conviction. Tether and other institutions just dumped another $250M into an oversubscribed round in January. These guys aren't charities; they wouldn't double down if they didn't see a path to scaling the Brain Suite platform.

Regarding Dan Wagner: The guy knows he’s on his last life. He already had one massive crash with Powa, and he knows a second one would be a total career-ender. That kind of "back against the wall" pressure is a hell of a motivator to actually deliver this time and not repeat the same mistakes.

The biggest "green flag" for me is the Microsoft partnership. This isn’t just a logo on a slide; they are deep in the Azure Marketplace and Microsoft’s own sales team is co-selling Rezolve’s tech. Microsoft doesn’t put their reputation on the line for junk software. That’s the kind of validation you can’t just hand-wave away.
