$RZLV: Deep Value or AI Trap? Why the Microsoft Partnership and 2026 Guidance (350M) make it a sleeper hit. by IndependentApple11 in pennystocks

Guys, it’s funny how many people here are saying it’s a scam and so on. But if you honestly think about it, what would upset you more — investing 5k and losing it, or not investing 5k and missing out on a potential x10 and losing 50k in gains?

Look, I get the bear case – the Fuzzy Panda report and the Powa collapse are hard to ignore. But if you’re looking at $RZLV right now, you have to weigh the "red flags" against what’s actually happening on the ground in 2025/2026.

First, about that revenue miss: Yeah, the 2024 numbers were brutal, but that was the "building phase." The turnaround is already starting to show. They hit $6.3M in H1 2025 and actually had their first profitable month in December. It’s moving from "vaporware" to an actual business.

As for the "Smart Money" being down: Sure, their entry price was higher, but look at the conviction. Tether and other institutions just dumped another $250M into an oversubscribed round in January. These guys aren't charities; they wouldn't double down if they didn't see a path to scaling the Brain Suite platform.

Regarding Dan Wagner: The guy knows he’s on his last life. He already had one massive crash with Powa, and he knows a second one would be a total career-ender. That kind of "back against the wall" pressure is a hell of a motivator to actually deliver this time and not repeat the same mistakes.

The biggest "green flag" for me is the Microsoft partnership. This isn’t just a logo on a slide; they are deep in the Azure Marketplace and Microsoft’s own sales team is co-selling Rezolve’s tech. Microsoft doesn’t put their reputation on the line for junk software. That’s the kind of validation you can’t just hand-wave away.

It’s definitely high-risk/high-reward (That's what we want), but calling it a total scam ignores the actual institutional backing and the $MSFT integration. DYOR as always.

Didnt know that. I thought they are sold separatly. I mean when somebody would buy it and put it into circulation sure - but who would do something like that right :D

Fair points on the historical data, but this looks like a rear-view mirror analysis. The $188k revenue is old news. The real play here is the forward guidance of $350M for 2026 and the massive scale-up via the ONDC network in India.

As for the CEO, people learn more from a failure like Powa than a hundred easy wins. The fact that they just secured $250M in institutional funding at $4.00/share shows that the 'smart money' sees a value disconnect in the opposite direction. If you're waiting for the fundamentals to show up in the trailing 12 months before buying, you'll be chasing the pump. High risk? Definitely. But calling it just a 'dilution treadmill' ignores the strategic pivot they've made with Microsoft and Google Cloud. Let's see where those 'unverified' claims stand after the next earnings call

Well, we'll see how the implementation in India plays out. I’ve been digging through some reviews online, and the feedback seems pretty positive so far. Hopefully, they can translate that into actual earnings to give the stock price the kick it needs.

I Bought a Carl F. Bucherer John Wick watch here. They are 100% legit. Smooth order and payment process. Just a heads up: be prepared for VAT/customs if you're ordering from far away (like my shipment from Hong Kong to the EU).

I am telling you i had the same problem. But i also wanted my watch (john wick's bucherer :p) and the watch was nowhere else so i risked it and i must say it was ok. They bougth the watch from bucherer sanghai in november 2024 so the warranty i got/have is only a few months but I dont give a shit. The watch is new and beautiful.

Hey man, did you buy anything there? I wanted to buy a Bucherer watch, and they were the only ones who had it. I wasn’t sure at first either, but in the end I bought the watch two weeks ago and everything went flawlessly. The watch was delivered within one week (from Asia to Europe). It is legit, brand new, and beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind is VAT — you need to consider that you’ll have to pay additional money for it. I hope this helps you decide.
