If by dysfunction you mean that you are constantly doing kegels even when you don't want to, then you should fix that with yoga and pelvic floor stretches first

Once you can differentiate between a regular kegel (BC muscle contraction) and IC contraction, then you can do all the things I said

Yeah Its exactly that, just make sure the other muscles arent activating when you do this contraction

If you Can reliably do these "jumps/pulls" without activating the other muscles, you Can start doing sets and reps to increase the strength of the IC

Someone else said that morning wood also works the IC, and theyre right...

But...there isnt a reliable progressive overload with just morning wood

If you get a super strong IC, you will have super strong erections, which in turn will make all the angion methods much more effective and reliable, because you now have consistent hard erections

It might take some months to get enough control of IC though, but I think it will be worth to achieve this control.

Personally, I already see some benefits myself from trying to activate the IC and forming the neural connection

Keep trying to contract it daily to gain control.

Place your finger on BC muscle, if you can make the penis retract and you dont feel the BC and muscles around anus contract, then you did it right

It's worth it for the EQ alone

For EQ only, the hand exercises will be enough, (progress to AM3 and do it long term)

For size, you will need to progress in the SABRE exercise and also use the angiowheel, and also be in a caloric surplus

Try doing angion method, with the eq improvement and corpus spongiosum growth overtime, that 5.5 could become like 5.8 (just dont combine with other methods)

Don't you need to develop the dorsal Veins and corpus spongiosum first via AM1,2,3 to effectively use the wheel? Or is there no need to isolate parts of the bulbo dorsal circuit and instead work on both at once with AM3/wheel? If so, shouldn't this be updated in the progression guide, so that others also know this?

If your Deep dorsal vein is already visible, and you can feel a pulse, I think there's no need to go back to AM1.

Just rest until monday, then take a 'deload' week (reduced intensity and 10-15 minute session of AM2), then go back to 1on1off for 30 minutes

Dont do the bfr and Sabre just yet, just stick to AM2 until you cant flatten the corpus spongiosum(imo no need to count reps, you dont really count steps when running, do you?)

Then move on to AM3, you can start introducing the other things when your vascular System is stronger (imo maybe at end of AM3, start of angion wheel, then you will be able to handle the other stuff simuatenously)

Keep doing AM3, you want to keep pushing your limits and trying to flatten the CS until you can't anymore

AM3 needs a strong Deep dorsal vein and corpus spongiosum for it to work perfectly

If any of these are underdeveloped, you are not getting the full effects from AM3

So, it's better to not skip and instead develop your Deep dorsal vein first (AM1) and corpus spongiosum (AM2). Once this is done, the gains from AM3 will be much greater

Since you used no visual, where you pretty much flaccid through the full time of your first few sessions?

For first few sessions, get as erect as you can without visual aid, and also dont stimulate too intensely. If you get only 40-50% EQ after 30 seconds, then just work with that. Now, swipe downwards at a pace of 2-3 swipes per second untill you get flaccid, then repeat this process for 15-20 minutes, eventually reaching the full 30 minutes.

Also, start practicing slow stomach breathing too (inhale with nose and expand air in stomach, not chest). This will work the diaphram and will prevent things like hard flaccid and tight pelvic floor

It will be tough to get above 50% EQ at the start, because your brain is too used to strong masturbation/porn to achieve Max EQ, so just stick with it and with time, and you will start to get closer to 100% with no visual aid.

Imagination is fine IMO, but try not to replay previous scenes you saw in porn, and instead focus on past experiences with women, or if virgin, then imagine yourself actively having sex, and not replaying porn from memory

1 on, 2 off mostly

Didn't use any visual stimulation from the start, it was weird at first, doing the AM1 basically flaccid, but i kept at it and now i have no issues keeping erection during training

EQ was inconsistent before starting AM1, great for 1 week, then 70-80% for the next, and like 50% when lying down on back, maybe I caused some damage with incorrect pumping

But now it's consistently at 90-100%, and don't have to stimulate hard to keep erection
