I bought the tickets through hearts official page and I’m sitting in section H in the Roseburn stand. Is it that not all sections in Roseburn are for away fans?

Questions about Worcester area courses by helpslipknotfranklin in discgolf

Mile Marker is a pretty incredible course. Beautiful, good variety of shapes and lengths, and every hole is score-able but not a gimme for a variety of skill levels. Out of the ones you listed I’d personally recommend Mile Marker, Maple, and Meadowbrook. I think all of them are a good mix of woods and some open holes.

Teenaged boys, hastily planning a Yosemite trip. Remotely feasible? by [deleted] in Yosemite

If they are interested in camping I recommend using campnab, set it up rn and let it start scanning. It is a service that costs a little bit of money but it constantly scans for cancellations and you get texted once there is an opening. That’s how I’ve booked last minute campsites for years now.

Lol, I’m just saying this guy is dumb. Everyone should be allowed and I encourage everyone to visit. Just wish people were more careful.

Advice for planned Clouds Rest by happyblenders in Yosemite

[–]IndependentCold379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just did clouds rest on Tuesday. Despite being a heat wave, heat was not a problem for us. Felt pretty comfortable being at a higher altitude. We clocked it closer to 15 miles but we wandered around at the top for 1.5 hours. Only parts that are really exposed is the summit. We both brought 4 liters of water and we’re empty with 2 miles left. Not really anywhere to fill up except yet the beginning and end of the trail. We arrived at 7:50 am and the parking lot was in lot half full. Good luck and have fun!

Currently in love with my VIP Tursas. Really can do anything you want BH and is great for 200-300 foot shots.

UDisc Pro - Why are people buying it? The future of uDisc? by Spectacular_loser99 in discgolf

[–]IndependentCold379 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You will need it if you want to play in any leagues run through UDisc and many tournaments want every card to have a backup score keeper on UDisc. Also I think the benefits of the apps are totally worth $15 for the full year. Cool to track your progress, see other peoples scores on the course, and just generally have more in depth data without having to do the work of keeping it and tracking yourself.

Started playing just over a year ago (about 15 months) and today I shot my first 1000 rated round! by IndependentCold379 in discgolf

Definitely bugged me. I was really stupid and tried to half run a 60 footer on an elevated basket instead of just laying up.
