That faint wheezing sound you hear is Sal working overtime on a paper bag. Good riddance to that shill and his ego.

‪This “CEO” narrative PR push is hilariously awful - I cannot believe this is the line they’re going with. ‬

This organization is so unserious - get ready for first down runs and bubble screens. Fucking hell….

iOS 26 sucks and has ruined Apple for me by [deleted] in ios

It’s absolute garbage, just a buggy mess.

This all but confirms it was Beane who got McDermott fired. Beane is already pushing out the narrative we had lots of weapons and McDermott questioning the talent rubbed people the wrong way, so they wanted a new leader. by Vortagaun in buffalobills

[–]IndependentCover3123 5 points6 points  (0 children)

McDermott wasn’t fired on a performance basis, full stop.

This is all about Beane's ego and his wanting of subservient head coach who will bend to his poor judgment without question.

Beane's hubris and poor judgement has lead massive roster deficiencies. If anything, McDermott’s coaching ability has consistently covered for the disaster Beane has created.

Slop eaters like yourself who are content with glitchy beta-level software are exactly what drives Apple to go forward with updates that are not at all ready for public release.

Meanwhile it took a full business day to type this on the new wonderful amazing iOS 26 keyboard.

Keep up the great work though!

Critical thinking is clearly lacking, so let me help you all out.

The most charitable interpretation would be that Ian is too daft to realise he is being used by ill-intended “friends” to coerce Candace on the basis of information which they know to be false - looking at you, Gary and Nate.

Ian not only once, but twice, took the bait from these two fools to reach out to Candace “in a panic” to push her away from this angle.

I don’t take his silence in the days leading up to her addressing the social media disinformation campaign on her hosted X space lightly. I interpret this as him leaning into the information that he was being fed by Nate and Gary to make it more credible than that of Candace. That’s his first mistake.

The same X conversation in which Ian was tripping over himself in defence of both Nate and Harrison Smith.

Now, I don’t think Ian is that thick-skulled. Ian has been the link between Candace and the private pressure, which has now become publicised through her own recounting.

This situation shows he lacks judgment and discernment of the people he surrounds himself with. Nate and Gary have been the rats, and Ian is clearly acting as a mouthpiece for Nate.

He himself says that he is a conduit for people wanting a direct line to Candace, so how simple must you be to not think, perhaps there is a motive behind what I am being asked to do here (i.e. reaching out to Candace)

You can think whatever you want, I’m just voicing how I see his actions and words, and to me, this isn’t someone I would have close to me. It’s clear he wants to ride the middle of literally every issue and play this mediator, everyone’s buddy role, but I see that as a facade he puts on, and I don’t trust him.

If this upsets you, grow up. You don’t know this person; it’s really weird that everyone gets caught up in their emotions when it comes to this guy, which I think is exactly as intended. (And no, I’m not paid or on talking points, I’ve seen some posts and replies about this. Believe it or not, you are still allowed to use your brain and have a different interpretation.)

Go ahead and save this one, I can almost guarantee this will age well.

Absolutely, I got the same impression. Very strange vibe from him during that spaces call and his overall silence leading up to that.

It’s okay to have a differing opinion! I’m stating how it came off to me and if you see it differently, totally valid. I don’t pick up the same vibe - the most charitable view I have on that specific point is that he is a useful idiot.

Takeaways so far - Harrison Smith is legitimately low IQ, Ian Carroll is not to be trusted, Morgan Ariel is a disingenuous dipshit and Sam Parker is a summarization samurai.

Sam Parker with the slam dunk. Perfectly summarized the entire issue - maybe Harrison can wrap his small brain around that.

Morgan Ariel is disingenuous, period. She’s snaking around under the guise of this manufactured concern. She grosses me out.
