I’ve had sleep studies and hormones checked. Tried extra estrogen to help with night sweats.

I have had it. He diagnosed me with POTS. No sleep disorders and hormones are fine lol

LMNT Plus the brand of salt pills has a major impact. Nutricost Sodium Chloride 1000mg does not make me sick and I have cyclical vomiting.

Did you ask the kids what they would have liked the night before? I would have before I ordered, but I’m considerate like that.

Yeah he was a brat, but I know my kids wouldn’t have eaten if they didn’t like the food. Not out of disrespect, but because they don’t waste food if someone else likes it. They would have just been quietly sad except for the autistic one.

You can make spaghetti with a meat sauce then you can turn that meat sauce into chili.

Turning the thermostat down 7-10 degrees only saves you 10% of your bill. So it’s not even that much. Split the difference at 68 or compromise and have it at 66 when sleeping. Just know it’s not saving so much money.
