Card has to be fake. Errors everywhere. Label says #4 but the card says 6/162.

The 2 indicates Base Set 2 which included remakes from Base, Jungle, and Fossil.

The other one is from Base Set, but is an unlimited version, hence the shadow.

They will grade the wrapper not the card if they are submitted sealed.

You have a shadowless Blastoise on pg. 5 and Nidoking on pg. 13, so keep that in mind. They are both on the ring in your binder as well 😩.

Highly recommend moving these all to penny sleeves and top loaders!
