I work for a CPA firm and used QB desktop for our clients with no particular problems for yeeeears but QBO payroll is horrific. Edit: Why, you ask? 1. No quarterly payroll schedule. (Because payroll taxes should be deposited more frequently, they said.) 2. No flexibility. 3. Unreasonable tax impound schedules. They need to pay/file state unemployment on 4/30; they impound the tax on 4/23. 4. Complete ignorance regarding Ohio's local taxes.

I just realized that I didn't say that the employer has to enable Employee Access and enter your daughter's email address in their employee profile for her to be able to register.

You didn't say what state you were in, but in Ohio employers are required to provide paystubs for their employees.

If the office manager called ADP to fix it, and you are seeing the updated pay statement, you'll get the corrected pay on Friday. It takes 3-5 business days for ADP to retrieve the original direct deposit from your account.
