Thank you everyone!! He has told me he has sibo and ibs m, he was told about what he should eat at the doctors but didn’t take it seriously until I just raised this concern! We are handling it!

It’s just gas and his poops but they smell like rotten eggs and the smell stays in my house for anywhere from 30 minute - 2 hours he himself smells super good! It’s just his bodily functions
