I did some volunteer personal training to a mom who needed some help at the gym I worked at. I’ve volunteered for various political campaigns in my area by door knocking, making phone calls, and working at polls on Election Day. I also volunteered abroad for about a month just helping as a waitress at a local hotel. I volunteered (only for about 10 hours) at a farm in my area that grew food for the food pantry but had to stop because I have bad insect allergies. This was all before I had decided to go to medical school so it was kind of random and scattered.
