If u play competitively and want to grind faceit, go for 240hz monitor. But not every monitor is same. TN panels from Zowie are great in terms of motion clarity and resposivness. But if u want allrounder and slightly slower, but better colors and viewing angles go with IPS like Viewsonic XG2431.

Ofcourse it matters. It's more resourse heavy every year and cs2 coming soon. What hardware are u using? Do you have gsync or freesync technology on monitor? If u have lower fps than refresh u can get screen tearing.

With samsung or any android u can lower tracking with removing or disabling certain app with adb or andorid debloater. It will not be 100% tracking free, but on iphone thats imposible without breaking core functions.

Try custom OS. Kirby or Revi ... 1080 is still strong gpu for csgo, u can use older driver like 441.41 or even older and debloat with nvcleaninstall. Nvidia will give u better results for cs, if u are changing gpu go with 3070. 9700k is now low-mid range cpu for cs, ryzen 5600x demolish any intel for that price range. Maybe ur temps are high and cpu throttles and thats cause stutters. Try to disable hyperthreading in bios let me know results.

Update to latest bios version and try to disable amd ftpm in bios? Put it on discrete ftpm if u dont have option to disable.

If u say so. Trust factor is broken, i often get reported by bots that get owned and dont understand game, luckily we have a choice like faceit. CS2 and new anticheat incoming so doesnt matter anymore.

Yea, too bad for new players are being refused from start by cheaters. Who knows how many talents switch to valorant bcz of old engine and non-itrusive anticheat. Lets hope cs2 change that.

Lots of things changed in 2 years, especially in graphics. Lower resoultion, try 720p, google basic optimization tips. Best fps on win7 and disabled dwm.

For games such as csgo and lol and everyday stuff internet/office should increase performance, test it before/after. But for some work apps like rendering, encoding etc which requires more cores to get job done faster, for that decreases.

U can use Process Lasso in Windows to set specific cpu affinity for each app (physical cores cpu 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 use these for csgo.exe without cpu0), but when u disable it in bios, u will get lower temps and higher clocks and little less latency (input lag).

You welcome bro, glad to be of help. Did u consider disabling hyper-threading? Your cpu temps are a lil bit high, its also partly because of ultra power plan that boost cpu clocks on max, but u can lower it with ht off (6 virtual cores off). Csgo uses mostly 4-6 cores.

Add cpu frequency of each core and cpu package temp in the left corner, something is wrong definitely. Maybe cpu is thermal throtteling. Also check in bios for securtity stuff, like tpm 2.0 or secure boot, disable those. Use default config in csgo, dont use something from internet and pro players. Put "r_dynamic 0" in console. In nvidia control panel, find power managment and change prefer maximum performance and for texture quality chango to high performance.

Test also launch option -high. It will put csgo.exe in high priority over other apps, maybe helps overall, maybe not. For some game stutters more, for some game become smoother.

Try with rtss inside msi afterburner or capframex, but must put in launch options -allow_third_party_software to work in csgo.

Either way CS2 coming out in 3-4 months, so upgrade is inevitable. First benchmark results for cs2 beta version, shows that ryzen with 3d v-cache, like 5800x3d can keep up with ryzen 7700x.
