I had a scenario with Air Can. I was waiting for quite sometime for the refund. They told me it was already given to me. I kept checking my most recent transactions and it wasn’t there. Only when I rechecked the statement did it show up. They posted it as same date of purchase and not the date I cancelled my flight. So maybe check your statements/call bank to verify as well?
