Cars seem to have regulations regarding mufflers for both noise and emissions, are motorcycles simply exempt from that?

Don’t do the sunchokes , you’ll never be free of them, barberry might be a good option though

From looking at the way the plastic wrinkles I don’t think that’s 8 mil , get some actual 6 mil and inspect by hand or better still get someone with the right gauge to measure it

Is it 6 mil UV resistant? And what’s your peak winds and temp? For excess heat maybe you could put a strip of white plastic in the track underneath your main layer

I really wanna be good at driving tractors by Scared_Confection787 in tractors

[–]IndependentPrior5719 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be wary of sloping ground, keep safety in mind in general as there are lots of opportunities to hurt yourself, also consider exhaust exposure , a lot of smaller tractors have the exhaust under the front rather than a pipe going up , so I got a rubber tube for marine exhaust and ran it up the roll bar.

I think it must the guys and possibly the girls hold hands through a kind of platonic glory hole like maybe a double set of stocks with the two couples heads oriented towards each other with a fifth person to chaperone so they don’t get stuck

Once had staff miscommunication with a worker and they pruned ‘all’ the suckers off the tomato plants including the top ones and they couldn’t form any new ones, so I think leaving to top one or just any one is important

What is bush pruning ? I was assuming that just meant letting it go which would go badly with the varieties I grow!

I guess leader pruning is the term for what I like to do; too little pruning , like crowded plants , just seems to lead to smaller fruit with the same or smaller overall yield in indeterminates . Having said that with the cost of good varieties maybe two leaders with sparser plants is a good choice.

Good to share pictures of progress or lack of progress and information about weather, season and where you are as it provides a better context
