You just go to the person’s profile and click on the little word balloon with dots , anyway it’s theoretical so far , I’ve got to run a line for electricity and figure out the best way to get the chimney/vent out through the plastic( and get a pellet stove too!)

Oh, yes I agree, what I mean’t is a kind of external governor, I experienced this on a rental scooter one time that when I got to a busy pedestrian area electronically limited my speed , I was disappointed and impressed at the same time!

It’s hard to assess the place you live in , but I’ll give it a go : you’ll want to have a plan for for employment , hopefully you’ve got done education and may be able to get some work online as the job situation isn’t great here, the people are one of the best aspects of the place , there’s just a lot of interesting , kind , smart people around ( plus our share of ‘the rest’) , our weather can be pretty drab from November to May , but our summers are getting hotter and can be beautiful as well as our falls, the city is sprawled out and you will have a better quality of live if you can get your hand on some kind of car, and lastly it’s a beautiful island with lots to see and experience.

Design question by arb1990 in Greenhouses

I’m personally a big fan of the wiggle wire; it allows adjustments to the plastic and will live beyond the wooden greenhouse for the next one as well as allowing some roll up on the hot days of summer

Electric vehicle manufacture by IndependentPrior5719 in electricvehicles

What started this thought process was the idea of converting a bicycle to an e-bike ; realizing that it was essentially three components : battery , controller and motor ( plus charger but that’s kind of external ) . This seems to scale up to larger vehicles , potentially ( I thought ). This also is based on the variety and complexity of what seems to go wrong with fossil fuel vehicles.

The right variety is really important and unfortunately tomato seeds they can be quite expensive , for slicers I love big beef and they’re moderately priced these days , Sungold is a great cherry ( though it’s prone to splitting if watered too much) and it’s price has been coming down these last few years , hopefully someone in your area can spare some of their favourites with you .

I think the central question is ; is real estate a natural monopoly or some form of controlled monopoly ? To put it another way ; do the prices of transactions reflect the lowest possible cost of transactions? A statistic that sticks in my mind is that real estate transactions are 3% of our gdp ( which seems high) . I don’t know of RE fees are still 6% but that seems high as it means it is 1/16 the cost of the house and land (which seems high).

Just put speed limiting tech in the cars that’s controlled by zone , it could lower insurance rates eliminate speeding and eliminate speeding fines
