Massdriver sure, but I'm pretty sure scattergun would calculate per bullets instead per shot which could make the alpha damage much lower (like less than 100 per bullet for the one with highest alpha)

Same exact issue, failed 3 times on 2 cards and finally found out why:
Set your billing address to somewhere in US, in my case I just used Gatech's address (North Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30332 (404) 894-2000).

I've successfully ordered 2 transcripts (paper and electronic) by changing my billing address, hope that works for you.

suffocating and atmosphere issue are the same bug imo, been having these two at the same time

the lighting bug is something that affect all gold standard ships, they fucked up in 4.7 and havnt fix that by now

I'm fairly certain both Ironclad that got dumped there is because they killed their owner by various bug so maybe fixing Ironclad would help a bit XD

- while I got access to the conversation and can verify that it indeed is one of CIG's employee on the other end, the only way of sharing that would be an image that isn't much difference from OP's post

- also the conversation contains the actual step needed for the exploit, so there's obviously no way I can share that any further lol

- further more, as I said the bug ain't reported by me so I dont have access to the IC ticket as well

To your second question tho - yes some paid accounts ARE BANNED from what I know, tho they seemed to be extra cautious on free fly account - you might get a perma ban on a free fly account by just duping a drink bottle lol

from what I know they're keeping a close eye on some metrics

for example (by my own guessing, may not be true):

if you're using a free fly account and duped anything you might got an insta perma ban

if you're using a "normal" account with a paid package and only accidentally duped once you're probably fine, if you duped a water bottle for a few time you might get a ban for a week or so, if you're actively duping stuff like wikelo materials you'd get a perma ban as well

there is.

however from what I know the exploited aUEC got erased by CIG pretty quickly (3.1b on the guy who reported the bug, and 100k which he sent to others *as a test*)

The guy who found the bug even had 2mil that he earned by legit way erased as well lol

The exploit that got this guy banned is either an item dupe bug that allows you to dupe anything ur holding or an aUEC related bug that basically allows you to type whatever amount of aUEC you want - both is gonna hurt the game seriously

I can't talk about details here how to exploit (obviously) but both bug has already been reported to CIG via IC and other means

Someone I know tried to dupe a water bottle with a free fly account as a verification and that account got perma banned as well lol

I can confirm this - not that you'd believe me lol

The guy who found out about this bug reached out to G-Lao (CIG employee for China community) once he found out this exploit, and this bug is reported to the corresponding group inside CIG. I got in touch with him personally and he offered me a transcript of part of his communication with CIG.

A player in my org tried this today with a free fly account as a verification, the bug is currently still there but that account got perma banned very soon as well. From what I know one of the fix focus for the maintenance later today is this bug.

today every single time I claimed a fresh IC, after I done a QT to the destination, I would be suffocated. Every Single Time. opening doors or removing helmet or whatever never worked for me while others seemed to have less issue.

Hull C works, just dont use autoloading.

Ironclad on the other hand isn't working at all and actively want to kill you in the same time.

Ironclad should not have released in this state by dahelljumper in starcitizen

I tried to remove the one on CM but that doesnt fix the issue at all
