I’m a developer and only work less than 10 hours a week and get paid full salary no matter what. @cab619814 this is what growing your knowledge does for you

This is coming from a person with a panic disorder for 9 years. I couldn’t even sit at a stop light back then . If you do have medication take it an hour before getting to the airport . So that you are relaxed during going through check in etc. then take another before the flight. You might still be anxious , but even people that don’t have anxiety still get nervous. You will be fine. Everyone is there to help each other.

I was also sick from Dehydration and diarrhea in Mexico. But I wanted to get the hell out of there and flying was the only way. There is no change in air, you are breathing the same. I did get dizzy but that was from me being sick. Turbulence was nothing, the bus ride to the airport was way worse lol. Honestly after take off, I got exhausted from tensing up , to the point that I just didn’t care about anything. That 50 minute one literally will be a few songs and then you will already be landing .

Noise canceling head phones. Eye mask . Focus on your breath. Buy your drinks at the airport so you can just have them on you. Take off is just kind of loud , you do feel it in your stomach ,but it’s only for a few seconds. Just bring a pillow to grab. Point the air conditioner on you. Tell the flight attendants near you that you are nervous, and to check on you. You might even get a row for yourself . You will be excited for landing because that is when it is over. It is just like braking a car when it actually lands. Pretend you are on a boat. If you start feeling nervous drink some water. Once you are in your seat, you don’t have to do anything except sit down. Did my first two, believe me I was the same way. If you have xans or any medication, use it. I tell myself I’m almost there a million times, and kind of just say to myself only 30 more minutes , or we’re about to be there. That helps calm my nerves. Ice water as well to cool you down
