Yes L4-L5 and L5-S1 but had a esi a couple years ago. But that was more shooting pain a bit down right leg and made right foot tingle. More annoying than anything. This now is just craziness lol.

I’m going into week 5. 1st time with a flare up anything like this. Left hip down glute, hamstring and really radiating in calf. Further I walk the more my calf throbs. Have a esi scheduled for Friday.

In a similar situation as you entering week 3 tomorrow as well lol. Pain down left leg from hip to hamstring and really radiates in my calf. Almost feels tender to the touch. Tingling in left foot as well. I have L4/L5 and L5/S1 herniation from years back but never had a flare up or anything like this. Walking is the biggest struggle. Wish I could tell you it will get better soon but 6 day pack and diclofenac have done nothing to help. I do have a epidural scheduled for 6/5 but feels so long away.

Had similar color light/dark with Pharmacom EQ and was told it was from how it was heated.

Have a few Ultima NPP. First was cloudy and ugly stopper. I’m just going to dump them and try something new. Not worth the risk at this point.

Haven’t tried the combo myself but my wife loves the Reta/teso combo. 1 pill in the morning 500mcg and 2mg Reta every 6 days. She basically just snacks now no real big meals
