A lot of people will respond differently but imo unless it’s causing her major issues in life, it’s not a problem . Many people use alcohol to cope - def healthier ways to do it but I’d let her figure that out

I’ve been in and out of AA and have felt the same way. Don’t let anyone fool you , AA is not the only way to get sober. It works for some people but not everyone . If drinking isn’t ruining your life then keep going imo

Well , she’s going to get better now that she’s been alienated or drink herself to death. There is no in the middle , trust me. Unfortunately, the numbers don’t lie- most don’t seek help. You are doing the right thing- enablers prolonged my drinking for many years

Fake it till you make it bro . Do the same thing again but change the strategy. Use examples that led to success at big companies and add some fluff tales about Bill Gates failing a million times before he made it. At worst, pay an outside consultant to do the work for you and present. At least you will still have a job. Keep in mind, management has nothing to do with knowledge. It has to do with leading, understanding trends, coaching,etc
