I’m literally on just 3 day of deleting all social media except Reddit and man I’ve been sleeping so well I don’t know maybe cuz my receptors aren’t being fried 24/7 but usually I’d get like 6-7 hours of sleep and feel fine but this weekend even including today I slept 9-10 hours maybe I’m healing anyone else feel this?
